El mapeo ambiental como herramienta de planificación urbana

RESUMEN

Con el objetivo de promover la resignificación del lugar que ocupa la niñez en el diseño, planificación y ejecución de Políticas Públicas, fomentando su participación real, se implementaron mapeos ambientales. Se trabajó en instituciones educativas de Neuquén, Las Ovejas y Cutral-Có. El taller inicia en un aula con una actividad que involucra el juego, continúa con una presentación audiovisual mediante la cual se brindan conceptos básicos, cada curso se subdivide en grupos, y se comienza el mapeo. La etapa final consiste en recopilar y procesar la información para generar un mapa único. La implementación del dispositivo permitió identificar que las problemáticas reflejan la falta de políticas de estado en cuanto a planificación. Se puede decir que los niños reconocen e identifican el contexto en el que viven, tanto la situación de su ambiente como la sociedad con la que conviven.

ABSTRACT

In order to promote the resignification of the place that children occupy in the design, planning and execution of Public Policies, encouraging their real participation, environmental mapping was implemented. Work was done in educational institutions in Neuquén, Las Ovejas and Cutral-Có. The workshop starts in a classroom with an activity that involves the game, continues with an audiovisual presentation through which basic concepts are provided, each course is subdivided into groups, and the mapping begins. The final stage is to collect and process the information to generate a unique map. The implementation of the device allowed to identify that the problems reflect the lack of state policies regarding planning. It can be said that children recognize and identify the context in which they live, both the situation of their environment and the society with which they live.
